Delivery
We aim to deliver customer satisfaction with every order and are committed to receiving and turning your order as efficiently as possible. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we’re here to assist you.
UK Deliveries
We endeavour to dispatch every order the next working day and here at Needle and Bear, we are delighted to offer free shipping for all UK orders.
All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class (Royal Mail 48) and should be delivered within 2-5 business days.
Deliveries to Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland
As per Royal Mail recommendation, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be delivered.
International Deliveries
We are currently not shipping internationally. We anticipate international shipping in the coming months.
Returns
Thank you for shopping with Needle and Bear. We value our customers and want to ensure your experience is completely satisfactory and hassle-free.
We understand you may need to return an item, which is why if you wish to return any of our products, you have 28 days from receipt to return for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging.
Once we have received your returned items, we will process a full reimbursement to the original payment method used within 14 working days.
Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return at hello@needleandbear.com or on 01275 341530. Please ensure you have a copy of your order confirmation to hand to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us unless you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been received. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. If you wish to exchange, please notify our customer service team and this will be actioned once we have received your return.
If a return is received outside of the 28-day window, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund.
We are not responsible for packages that fail to return to us unless the courier is arranged by our customer service team. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns of Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, in the first instance, please contact our customer service team at hello@needleandbear.com or on 01275 341530 to discuss the next steps.
We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged, or defective item to establish the most efficient method to proceed. If you’re unable to provide a photo, we may ask you to return the item at your own expense. We will then inspect the item upon return and will issue a full reimbursement if our inspection confirms the damage or fault.
For confirmation of any damage, defect, or incorrect item, then we will provide either a prepaid return label or credit you the amount of return postage. We’d recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return reaches us securely.
Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. If you wish to receive a replacement, please notify our customer service team and once we have received your return, we will process your replacement the next working day.
